Payment policy

At Raustter every payment is processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. This page explains which payment methods we accept and how your payment is handled.

1. Accepted payment methods

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The available methods are always shown before you confirm your order.

2. Currency and prices

All prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD) and are the final amount you pay. Shipping within Australia is free. There are no hidden fees or surcharges at checkout.

3. When payment is taken

Payment is taken in full when your order is placed. You receive an order confirmation by email as soon as the payment is authorised.

4. Security

Our checkout is hosted by Shopify and protected by SSL encryption. Payments are processed by PCI DSS compliant providers. Raustter never stores your full card details.

5. Payment problems

If a payment is declined, please check the card details and the billing address, or try another payment method. If the problem continues, contact us at info@raustter.com and we will help.

6. Refunds

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method, within 7 days of the return being approved. Full details are in our Refund policy.
