About Raustter

Welcome to Raustter.

Raustter is a home store focused on table lamps, created for customers in Australia who value quality over quantity. Instead of stocking thousands of items, we keep a small, carefully selected collection of table lamps, and we only sell what we would recommend ourselves.

How we work

We are an online only store. Our company, LIBERTY VERTEX LTD, is registered in England and Wales (company number 17181329), and the whole operation is built around serving customers in Australia: prices in Australian dollars with no hidden fees, free tracked shipping with Australia Post, StarTrack and Aramex from our warehouse in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria, and customer service in Australian time.

Why table lamps

A good table lamp is the easiest piece in any home: one item, one switch, and a room feels finished. That is why we specialise. Every model in our collection is chosen for the quality of its materials, the softness of its light and its versatility, and every product page lists the exact dimensions, bulb fitting and electrical details so you can order with confidence.

Our commitment to you

We know that shopping with an online store takes trust, so we make our promises concrete and easy to check. Shipping is free anywhere in Australia, with an estimated total delivery of 5 to 9 business days. Returns are free for 30 days, with a prepaid label and no restocking fee, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our customer service answers emails within 24 hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (AEST).
